Meet Marzena
My personal path of self-discovery prompted me to explore our innate capacity to heal and grow by changing the way our beliefs and unconscious patterns create our reality.
To expand my understanding of the complexity of human nature I dedicated over two decades to academic research and multidisciplinary studies of psychotherapy, psychology, cultural anthropology, ethnology, world religions and philosophy.
I’ve studied the connection between body, mind and spirit from Western and Eastern perspectives. During the years spent in India, I trained under living Masters of ancient traditions in Ayurvedic medicine and the art of healing through breath, body, energy and meditation.
Over 20 years of working in a psychosomatic way as a healer, holistic health coach and mindfulness trainer taught me how to access and release deeply rooted beliefs and experiences held in the body, which adds a wealth of experience and skills to my psychotherapeutic practice.
Through my daily meditation practice, I learned to transform thoughts and emotions and balance the nervous system. It helps sharpen my perception and intuition by training my mind to be fully present so I can better recognise and respond to my clients’ needs.
