STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

Healing, Resilience, Empowerment

This stress--management and trauma--relief program addresses psycho--social consequences of traumatic experiences, releasing acute and chronic stress and allowing to shift away from reliving the past towards future possibilities.

 

It helps to reduce the symptoms of PTSD, depression and anxiety, strengthening overall wellbeing and resilience.

The participants report increased focus, better quality of sleep, more joy in life and a better connection with themselves and others. At the same time, feelings of anxiety, restlessness and negative thoughts are diminished.

Program includes practical ways to process emotions, healing techniques, stress--management tools and healthy coping strategies, which promotes a sense of connection and personal power.

ART of LIVING Part 1 Program

The Art of Living Part 1 is an evidence-based breathwork program known to reduce stress and anxiety, with noticeable results in just one week.
